Plain-language policy starting points.
These templates help organise the topics you need. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice.
Important: Have the final documents reviewed by a qualified Malaysian legal professional. Update them for your real business, services, technology, payment terms and data practices.
Privacy Policy — draft template
The enquiry form lets you prepare information including your name, company, contact details, project requirements, budget and preferred timeline.
This information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
This website does not store the form submission in its own database. When you continue, the details are passed to WhatsApp to create a draft. They are not delivered to WEB HOUSE SOLUTIONS until you press Send.
WhatsApp or Meta processes the draft information when WhatsApp is opened under its own terms and privacy practices. Access to received enquiries should be limited to authorised people and protected with appropriate security controls.
Terms & Conditions — draft template
Website information is general and may be updated without notice. Prices shown are starting estimates and do not form a final quotation.
A project begins only after the proposal or agreement is accepted, the required deposit is received and essential client materials are supplied.
Scope, deliverables, timelines, revision limits, third-party costs, payment milestones, intellectual property and handover conditions will be stated in the project agreement.
Neither party should rely on verbal changes to scope. Important changes should be recorded and may require a revised fee and timeline.
Website Service Agreement information
The agreement should identify both parties, project scope, excluded work, responsibilities, timeline assumptions, acceptance process and launch conditions.
It should address content ownership, licences, account access, confidentiality, backups, data handling, third-party services, limitation of liability and dispute handling.
Client-owned domain, hosting and business accounts should be used where practical. Any agency access should be authorised, documented and removable.
Refund & cancellation policy — draft template
Deposits reserve time and cover discovery and work already performed. The agreement should explain whether any part is refundable before work begins.
If a project is cancelled, the client pays for completed work, committed third-party costs and approved additional work up to the cancellation date.
Refunds are not normally provided for completed and approved milestones or third-party purchases made with client approval. Exact terms must be stated before payment.
Website maintenance policy — draft template
Maintenance covers only the tasks and time included in the selected plan. New pages, redesigns, integrations and urgent recovery work may require a separate quotation.
Backups reduce risk but do not guarantee that every item can be recovered. Backup frequency, retention and restoration limits should be documented.
The client remains responsible for lawful content, timely approvals, account renewals and informing the provider of important business or access changes.
